4 – eggs
4tbsp – mayonnaise
4 slices – chicken salami
1 – grated carrot
1 tbsp – mustard sauce
10 slices of bread of your choice
1 tbsp – oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a pan. Once heated, break the eggs into the pan and scramble them.
In the same pan, fry chicken salami. Once done, let it cool down.
Transfer the cooked scrambled eggs in a bowl. Cut salami into small pieces. Mix mayo, mustard sauce, grated carrot, salt and pepper with the eggs and salami. The egg and mayo spread is ready.
Scoop a small amount of egg and mayo spread on the bread. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
