PanCake | Healthy And Tasty Kids Recipe

Pan Cake:

A PanCake is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil or butter.

Ingredients:

  • Cup of All-purpose Flour
  • 2TBSP Sugar
  • 2TBSP Baking Powder
  • Teaspoon of salt
  • 1Egg
  • 2tbsp oil
  • 1Cup of milk

Procedure:

  1. Take one cup of All-purpose flour in one bowl and add 2TBSP sugar, 2TBSP baking powder and the teaspoon of salt mix well.

  2. And add 1 beaten egg, 2TBSP oil and 1cup of milk to that mixed ingredients.

         Note: (Heat the milk and let it be cooldown)

  1. Mix the batter well.

  2. Heat the frying pan, add little amount of oil (or) Batter to that pan.

         Note: (Keep it in low flame)

  1. Pour the mixed batter into the pan and fry both sides.

          Note: (The batter will get heat and it forms holes then only flips to another side)

  1. Yummyy…!! Pancake is ready, serve it with honey and butter.
