Homemade Tandoori Chicken Recipe without Oven

Tandoori Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:

 Chicken Leg Pieces

 Salt to taste

 Red chilli powder

 Turmeric (optional)

 Ginger garlic paste

 Yoghurt(Curd)

 Garam masala

 Butter

 Oil

Lemon Juice

Method:

1. Take chicken leg pieces and wash, make gashes or cuts that are 3 cuts on top.

2. First marination:
    a. Take the chicken leg pieces into a bowl, add salt as per taste, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, 2          spoons of lemon juice.

    b. Mix the chicken with the spices completely.

    c. Marinate the chicken and rest it for 20 minutes.

3. Second marination:
    a. Take a bowl, into it add thick yoghurt, add red chilli powder, salt as per taste,

        garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and oil, mix well the spices without lumps.

    b. Add the marinated chicken pieces to this, mix well and marinate again for another 15-20 minutes.

4. Take a pan and add oil and butter to it.

5. After pan got heated add marinated chicken pieces into it.

6. Cover with lid and leave it for 10min cook chicken with a low flame and then flip the chicken pieces again cook for 10min.

7. If the chicken is cooked well, take the Tandoori Chicken Recipe pieces out on a plate.

8. Yummy Tandoori Chicken Recipe is ready. Serve chicken pieces using lemon wedges, onion rings, grated carrots and sauce.
