Whole Wheat Cookies

All you need is:

  • Whole wheat flour-3 cup
  • Rice flour-3/4 cup
  • Sugar-2 cup
  • Baking soda-1tsp
  • Refined oil-1 cup

How to prepare?

  • In a bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, sugar powder, baking soda, refined oil mix all the contents in the bowl to a chapati dough.whole wheat cookies
  • Make oval shaped flat balls/ or into the desired shape. Arrange them on the backing plate.whole wheat cookies
  • Pre-heat the oven at 1600 for about 10 mins.
  • Bake the cookies at the same temperature for 20 mins.whole wheat cookies
