FEE STRUCTURE
1. For the academic session 2020, the fee structure for various classes is as under -
Admission Fee - 7000/- (At the time of Admission, one time by new admission students)
Annual Fee - 7000/- (To be paid with 1st Quarter, once each year for all students)

2. Non Interest bearing Refundable Security Deposit Rs. 2000 (One-time payment for the new students at the time of admission)
3. For new students Admission- Admission+Annual+1st Quarter fees shall be paid at the time of admission.
4. Miscellaneous amount Rs. 3000 is collected from each student, 1500 with 1st quarter & 1500 with 3rd quarter for their personal expenses.
5. Concession on Admission Fee applicable to the younger siblings whose real brother or sister study in the school. 25% on First Sibling Fee, 50% on Second Sibling Fee and 75% on Third Sibling Fee.
6. Application for Transfer certificate must be given on or before the due date of that particular Quarter failing which fee for the next quarter shall be charged.
7. School fee to be paid through bank challan only.
ADMISSION POLICY
The admission process generally begins in the Month of November/ December.
Admission is open to students of all communities, irrespective of caste & creed.
The registration form is valid for one academic year only. The registration fee is nonrefundable.
Age-appropriate observations/aptitude test is administered to identify the basic skills of a child in language/math/science etc. These tests are administered to help the child and parent and in turn for the school to understand the child's needs.
In case of cancellation of admission, admission fee and school fee will not be refunded.
An incomplete Registration Form will be rejected without assigning any reason.
Admission Guidelines
Admission opens to all the students irrespective of religion, race, caste, creed or place of birth.
Registration-cum-admission form complete in all respect should be deposited personally at the School office on or before the due date, after which no form will be entertained.
Students selected for admission will be informed by the school.
For admission in Nursery, Date of Birth Certificate (photocopy) issued by Municipal Authority must be submitted along with the form.
Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/Minority) must be submitted along with the form.
The photocopy of the previous class report card is to be submitted.
Aadhar card copy must be submitted along with the form.
Transfer Certificate in original issued by the previous school will be required at the time of confirmation of admission.
Admission secured on the basis of any wrong certificate or false declaration shall be canceled by the Principal forthwith and no appeal against such action shall be entertained.
Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit; to the extent, seats are available in each class. The School's decision in this regard will be final.
Mere registration carries no guarantee of admission.
All photocopy documents must be attested by parents.
The admission offer will automatically stand canceled if the fee is not deposited within the specified period.

After the successful completion of the above process, you need to deposit the term fee. The admission process is completed and you & your child become part of the CPWS family.
Step-5: Post Admission :
