Admission Details

Admissions for Academic Year 2019/2020 are open for Pre Primary, Lower Kindergarten, Upper Kindergarten, Grade 4 to 9 and Grade 11. Admissions will continue until availability of seats. To commence the admissions procedure, all parents are invited to send an e-mail to the admission officer in order to check the availability of seats and make an appointment to visit the school, so that a tour of the campus can be organized.

Admission Procedure for Kindergarten 
(Pre Primary / Lower Kindergarten / Upper Kindergarten)

In addition to completing all the normal admission procedures, admission is dependent upon
Parents have to complete a questionnaire before meeting the Early Years Coordinator
An open day for the selected students will be organised on the school campus
For August 2019 admission into Pre-Primary, children should be 2 years and 10 months old. For August 2019 admission into Lower Kindergarten, children should be 3 years and 11 months old. For August 2018 admission into Upper Kindergarten, children should be 5 years old.

Admission procedure for Elementary School 
(Grade 1 to Grade 4) and Middle School (Grade 5 to Grade 8)

In addition to completing all the normal admission procedures, admission is dependent upon
Parents have to complete a questionnaire before meeting the Elementary School / Middle School Coordinator
Receipt of the student's previous academic records, along with letters of recommendation, which are reviewed along with the entrance tests’ results
Entrance tests in English and Mathematics being completed to a satisfactory level

Admission Procedure for High School 
(Grade 9 and Grade 11)

In addition to completing all the normal admission procedures, admission is dependent upon
Parents have to complete a questionnaire before meeting the High School Coordinator
Receipt of the Student's previous academic report along with a letter of recommendation
Written assessment in English and Mathematics (there is no fixed syllabus for any of these written assessments, they are based on previous grade portions)
An evaluation will be carried out on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance tests, the interview and the reports of the last 2 years

The final decision of the admission committee will be communicated in one week's time.

Mid-term admissions will be considered only during the first semester up to Grade 8 and are limited to the availability of seats. No admissions will be accepted once the second semester has begun in January.

Students outside of Bangalore seeking admission in our school will have to send previous academic reports of the last two years along with a recommendation letter from the school authority/teacher and a copy of their birth certificate. The entrance tests will be supervised and conducted by the student’s present school. Following this, a Skype interview will be conducted between the student, parents, our Section Coordinator and Admission Officer.

The cost of the complete admissions process is Rs. 6000 (six thousand) and includes the Application Forms. This amount is non-refundable and non-adjustable.
