Parents are required to visit the school to meet with the Admissions Coordinator, who will take them on a tour of the campus. Before heading our way, it is important to make an appointment to visit our campus. Appointments are available for weekdays, during school. Parents are advised to be punctual for the given appointment. Unfortunately, our campus is unable to accommodate visitors without an appointment.

Registration
An application for registration (Application Form is enclosed in the Prospectus) is the first stage of the admission process. Parents are advised to go through the form and fill up the details legibly. The permanent address, postal address, Email addresses, contact numbers (more than one) should be clearly mentioned in the Application Form.
A registration fee of Rs. 20,000 must be deposited with the school along with the Application Form so that the students’ name gets registered for the year and class for which admission is sought. Applications bearing incomplete or false information will be rejected.
The following documents need to be submitted at the time of Registration:
Application Form duly filled and signed by the Parent/Guardian.
Student Personal Questionnaire to be filled by the student.
Passport size recent photographs of the student (7 nos.).
Passport size photographs of each set of Parents/Guardian (2 nos.).
Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
Mark Sheet of the last two classes attended by the student.
Transfer Certificate from the last school attended.
The Registration fee is neither adjustable nor refundable and is valid only for the specified academic year.
Admission to Junior Elementary Grades
No admission test is conducted by the school for admission up to grade 3. Admissions are confirmed strictly on the first-come-first-serve basis and upon payment of Registration and Admission fees.
Assessment Test
Every student registered for admission into grades 4 to 8 will be expected to appear for an Assessment Test at the school.
Admission to grade 11 is based on the 10th grade Board Examination and grade 9 mark sheet. The school offers such applicants a number of subject combinations in the Science and Commerce groups. Admissions are decided purely on the basis of vacant seats available.
The School fully reserves the right of admission and its decision on such matters will be final and binding and cannot be questioned.
The School reserves the right to change its admissions procedure from time to time without notice.
Newly admitted children will be permitted to join the school only on completion of the following formalities:
Full payment of applicable fees.
The parental undertaking of acceptance duly signed by the parent(s) and where required by the student.
Submission of original Transfer Certificate.
Submission of a previous school’s promotional Result Sheet/ Record and Transcript /Board Examination Result.
Medical/Health Report duly filled and attested by the family physician.
Other documents mentioned in the Application Form duly filled and signed.
For a student to obtain admission to RIS, the school management must be satisfied that the student has a history of academic performance and appropriate personal conduct.
