CARROT BALLS | Easy, Healthy and Tasty Recipe for Kids

CARROT BALLS:

INGREDIENTS:

  • carrots(grated)-4
  • cardamom powder- 1 spoon
  • milkmaid-4 spoons
  • dry coconut(grated)- 1/4 cup(optional)
  • roasted almonds- 4 nos
  • roasted cashew nuts-4 nos
  • roasted raisins- 4 nos
  • ghee -1/2 TBsp

Method:

  • In a kadai, add ghee allow it to warm a little add grated carrots and sauté until carrots are done.
  • Then add grated dry coconut and sauté, until you get a good aroma.
  • Switch off the stove, allow it to cool for some time and then add milkmaid, cardamom powder, roasted almonds, cashew nuts & raisins.
  • Mix all the contents, make it into a ball or desired shape.
  • Serves 4 balls.
